Introduction
For the first time, a three-day study tour on sustainable and circular economy is offered to local and international students who wish to gain insights into Taiwan’s sustainable industries.
The itinerary will take us to Central and Western Taiwan with visits of leading  domestic and international companies in the recycling and regenerative energy sectors. On our tour, we will follow principles of sustainable travelling: We will stay in a certified "Green Travel hotel" in Nantou, and have meals in "Zero-Waste” restaurants. The trip will end in the old port town of Lugang, where you will stay in a local, family-run B&B. You have the choice to extend your stay for a long weekend, or travel back to Taipei on Saturday. The tour will be conducted in English.
